About Us
Over the years, working with both startups and larger organisations, we kept seeing the same situation arise.
A team is moving quickly. The product is gaining traction. An enterprise customer shows interest. An investor is ready to progress. Then technical due diligence begins.
An investor asks, "Does your security programme reflect where the company is today?"
An enterprise customer asks, "Can you demonstrate how your platform is secured?"
What often follows is a long and frustrating process. Security and governance get layered onto infrastructure that was never designed for it. External consultants are brought in. Multiple vendors are added, each covering a small gap. Costs rise, timelines slip, and teams are left unsure whether the platform is genuinely secure or simply meeting surface requirements.
Where the Industry Struggles
The challenge is rarely a lack of tools. Most teams already have too many.
Security products are added after the fact. Infrastructure platforms prioritise speed early on, but offer little help with governance later. Managed services solve short-term problems while introducing long-term constraints.
